We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial Law practice group. The successful candidate will advise on corporate transactions, M&A, and general commercial mandates.
Requirements:
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 5+ years post-admission experience
- Strong experience in corporate transactions and commercial agreements
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
Associate — Commercial Litigation
An exciting opportunity for a litigation-focused advocate to join our Commercial and Civil Litigation practice. The role involves court appearances, drafting pleadings, and managing a varied portfolio of disputes.
Requirements:
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 2-4 years experience
- Experience in civil and commercial litigation in Kenyan courts
- Confident court advocate with strong oral and written skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in alternative dispute resolution is an advantage
Conveyancing Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented conveyancing advocate to support our growing property law practice. The role covers residential and commercial transactions, title searches, and registration.
Requirements:
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 2-5 years conveyancing experience
- Knowledge of the Land Registration Act, Land Act, and related legislation
- Experience in title due diligence and conveyancing documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Good client relationship management skills
Legal Intern
